The show went surprisingly well, and I felt like we sounded spectacular. The venue had a great sound system which made the drums sound like a million bucks.
I ended up, for the first time EVER, breaking a string while playing. Woo!
Afterwards, we made a 'killing' (get it?) Selling our 13k carribeaners to everyone. And now, the singer of He Is Legend has a 13K carribeaner. Stoked!
These 3 girls wouldn't leave us alone at the merch booth. Kinda funny, I gave one a PB+J sandwich which apparently, like a homeless cat, made them never want to leave. At the end of the night, one girl confessed her love to me. Oh dear.
Also, right after we played our set, I went to the merch booth and these two girls asked me if I would sign our newly pre-released CD.
Really?
For Sure!!
Felt like a rockstar for a split second..then it went away. In summation, the show tonight is the beginning of things to come.
I am now at Ryen's grandmother's house on the floor, without my backpack of life, about to fall asleep.
